Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) is a green beetle about a 1/2 inch long, native to Asia & Russia, that is destroying the Ash tree species in our area. It was first discovered in the United States in Michigan in 2002 and has spread to several other states including Ohio. Because Ohio is so affected by the EAB, it is believed that all Ash trees will be dead within 10 years. The EAB will cause visible grooves on the truck of the tree, which are visible just under the bark.
Because we have been in business for over 30 years we have removed thousands of Ash trees. Not only can
we remove the Ash tree for you, but we can advise or plant another species of tree to go in its place.
